Jean Nemerlin

Jean
Nemerlin graduated as electronical engineer at University of Liège in
1972. He was assistant professor at this University and professor at the
University of Concepcion (Chile). Since 1978, he has been working at the CEDIA
(Acoustic Department of the University of Liège). At present, he is
the head of the CEDIA. His main interests are in noise propagation and
simulation. He is project leader in IRSIA, ECSC and EEC funded project. He is
personnaly involved in the MADRAS project concerning
Automatic Noise Recognition. He is also Chairman of the Belgian
Acoustician Association ABAV
